Bottle Stall

As announced at rehearsal on 14th September 2009, the Committee has proposed that we should hold a fundraising bottle stall during this session. However, this will only work if sufficient members volunteer to run it.

Please use this forum to let us know what you think of the idea and whether you would be willing to volunteer.

If everyone gave the equivalent in money of one bottle of wine, we would make £250 anyway (assuming 50 members and £5 a bottle). How much do we usually make from a bottle stall?

The proposed date for the bottle stall is Saturday May 1st - that whould be a busy Saturday in the town and we should maximise the amount we take. Success will still depend on their being a pool of volunteers, though.
